The SPP Team "Speaks"

Prior to joining Substitute Pet Parents, I sat for a couple of families in the neigborhood. The work was great! I love animals and dogs are my favorite. After a couple of times I was busy nd unable to sit, the calls stopped coming. My customers were moving on.
I joined SPP b/c I have the flexibility to do the work that I want when I want. Don't get me wrong there are growing pains here, but the people, culture and pay will ensure their (and my) success.
Dogs get me. They always have. That's how I knew that I wanted to work in pet care.
I have been a part-time sitter for almost 8 years. Recently, I joined Substitute Pet Parents from Rover. One of big reasons that I switched was to be supported when I'm at a customers house. SPP has provided training, 1-1 feedback and I know there right here in town.
That's a big relief.
I love animals, so pet sitting is my dream job. SPP is a great company. They really do put our team members at the forefront of decisions. I find it incredibly comforting to know (& see everyday) that leadership has my back.
