Basic Bath & Brush (BBB) - As the name describes, this package includes a full, luxurious bath, blow dry and brushing for your pup.

The Works - The works package includes the BBB, in addition to:

Trim around face

Our groomers are experienced with many breed specific cuts - they make pups look great.

SPP Ala Carte - Grooming Services

Teeth brushing - Promotes fresher breath and a healthy mouth.

Nail trim/grind - We clip & dremel your pup's nails to avoid unintended scratches or discomfort.

Ears clean & trim - Trim, tidy and clean your pup's ears.

Flea & tick shampoo - When scheduling any SPP bath package, a shampoo upgrade to our specialized flea & tick shampoo. This product both kils/removes bugs and soothes your pup's irritated skin.

De-shed - Ideal for dogs with a thick undercoat for warmth. We get rid of excess fur, keeping your pet less hairy & more comfortable.

De-mat - We service dogs with minimal matting. We recommend in cases with heavy matting, the animal be shaved down to eliminate an uncomfortable, hours-long and painful experience.

Promotional codes, if applicable must be entered at the time of booking.
Cancellation > 48 hours prior to service date = 50% of deposit returned
Cancellations < 48 hours = Deposit not refunded

SPP Grooming Policies -

A $10 service charge will be added for puppies (<1yr).
Grooming service will be denied to pets with fleas. Full charge for the booked grooming service is still charged as SPP has lost the time slot. By booking a grooming service, you are accepting SPP's terms and conditions.
For scheduling purposes, changes to a grooming service must be made prior to 48 hrs prior to service.
Although SPP does it's utmost to cultivate a soothing envitonment for pets, some dogs are either aggressive or scared. In the event of a dog acting aggressively towards a groomer, the session may be terminated and the customer charged $40 handling fee.

Bed & Breakfast inludes 60 min stay for dinner and play along with 30 min in the AM for breakfast and bathroom

Holiday Reservation Policy -

Min. 3 nights for overnight bookings - Holiday premium +20/dog
Holiday period considered actual day, along with 3 days post & prior
Cancellations prior to 7 days of service = full refund of deposit
>7 days cancellation notice forfeits 50% of deposit

SPP Acitivity Details-

For any service intended for a puppy (<1yr) SPP will add an addt'l $10 fee
Pet activity preferences should be included in notes section
Staff will walk a maximum of 2 dogs with a combined weight <100 Lbs. - If weight <100Lbs., dogs will be walked seperately.
30 min walks are to occur within your neigborhood
Park visits are 60 min total, including transportation time
Prior to our team going solo to the park, one of us will meet you there to observe the dog's temperment. Mandatory pre-requisite for park visit.

Customer Deposits - SPP property

Substitute Pet Parents will assess a $25 deposit for an SPP supplied lockbox for house key security. When customer returns lockbox, their account will be credited $25 accordingly.
SPP will charge $5/month for use of the box while in their posession.
